How to use it:
Dispense a generous amount of toner onto a cotton pad. Wipe face, neck and décolleté to remove excess dirt and make-up. May be used alone or with Herbal Balancing Oil Cleanser. Doubles as a cleanser. A few pumps into cotton pads to wipe your face - (except eye area)
You can also put in the fridge and use it every morning for a fresh pick-me-up. It’s the best feeling! It’s hydrating, soothing and refreshing.
